This Privacy Policy explains how DopaDrama collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our short-drama streaming application, websites, and related services.
By using DopaDrama, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that is necessary to provide, secure, improve, and personalize the service, including:
- Account information, such as user ID, login method, nickname, profile image, and authentication status.
- Contact information you choose to provide, such as an email address submitted with feedback or support requests.
- Device and technical information, including device model, operating system, app version, language, network status, advertising identifiers where available, push notification token, and crash or diagnostic data.
- Usage information, including watched dramas, viewing progress, favorites, check-in activity, search or browsing behavior, and interactions with app features.
- Purchase and entitlement information, including Coins, Bonus, membership status, subscription plan, App Store or Google Play transaction identifiers, and purchase verification results. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Information collected through analytics, attribution, anti-fraud, and cloud messaging tools that help us understand app performance and campaign effectiveness.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate core features such as video playback, account login, drama recommendations, check-in rewards, Coins, Bonus, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Verify purchases, deliver membership benefits, restore entitlements, and handle failed or pending transactions.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, detect fraud, troubleshoot issues, and protect the rights of users and DopaDrama.
- Analyze service usage, improve content discovery, optimize app performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Send service-related messages, such as account, reward, subscription, update, or support notifications, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, and platform requirements.
3. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
DopaDrama may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, analytics tools, attribution services, crash reporting tools, and push notification services. These technologies help us keep you signed in, remember app preferences, measure feature usage, understand acquisition channels, diagnose errors, and improve service reliability.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following situations:
- With service providers that help us provide hosting, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, messaging, payment verification, customer support, and security services.
- With Apple, Google, or other platform providers when required for in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, entitlement verification, or platform compliance.
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect users, DopaDrama, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, entitlement records, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service improvement. Some transaction, security, and accounting records may be retained longer when required by law or platform rules.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of certain personal information. You can also:
- Manage notification permissions in your device settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on where you purchased.
- Request account deletion through the app where available, or contact us using the email below.
- Limit certain advertising or tracking permissions through your device privacy settings.
7. Account Deletion
DopaDrama provides an in-app account deletion option so that users can request deletion directly from the service. You can also delete an account without installing the app at https://m.dopadrama.video/account/delete.html, or contact us at amandare6g3snyder@hotmail.com if you need help with an account deletion request.
After a valid deletion request is processed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including account profile data, login identifiers, viewing-related account records, favorites, feedback records where applicable, and app-side entitlement records that are no longer required.
Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate and legally permitted purposes, including:
- Purchase, subscription, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute records required by law, App Store or Google Play rules, or payment verification needs.
- Security logs or abuse-prevention records needed to protect users, DopaDrama, and the service.
- Information that has been aggregated or anonymized so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must manage or cancel renewal through the store account you used to purchase it. We aim to complete account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Children
DopaDrama is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. Security
