User Agreement
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of DopaDrama, including our mobile application, websites, videos, virtual items, subscriptions, and related services.
By creating an account, watching content, making a purchase, or otherwise using DopaDrama, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online entertainment services under the laws of your location. If you are under the age of majority, you may use DopaDrama only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. DopaDrama is not directed to children. Our Child Safety Standards are available at https://m.dopadrama.video/agreement/safety.html.
2. Account and Security
Some features may require login through guest access, Apple, Google, or another supported method. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
3. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your DopaDrama account through the in-app account deletion feature, where available, or by contacting us at amandare6g3snyder@hotmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before processing it.
When your account deletion request is completed, your account access will be disabled or removed, and personal information linked to the account will be deleted or anonymized except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, purchase verification, refund, dispute, or platform compliance purposes.
Deleting your DopaDrama account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal charges, you must cancel the subscription from the store account you used to purchase it before the renewal date. Deleting an account may also make certain history, rewards, Coins, Bonus, favorites, and membership display records unavailable in the app, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
4. Service and Content
DopaDrama provides access to short-drama videos and related entertainment features. Content availability, titles, episodes, translations, prices, membership benefits, and reward rules may change from time to time. We may add, remove, update, or restrict content when necessary for licensing, operational, legal, or product reasons.
5. License to Use DopaDrama
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DopaDrama for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any app, video, design, text, image, brand, software, or other content to you.
6. Coins, Bonus, and Virtual Items
- Coins, Bonus, rewards, coupons, membership benefits, and similar items are digital entitlements for use within DopaDrama only.
- Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app unless we expressly allow it.
- Bonus or promotional rewards may be subject to expiration, usage limits, availability limits, or other rules shown in the app.
- We may adjust, suspend, or revoke virtual items if we detect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, technical errors, or violations of this Agreement.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
DopaDrama may offer paid Coins, paid content, and membership subscriptions. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, depending on the store you use, and are subject to that store's payment terms and account settings.
- Prices, plans, included benefits, and renewal periods are displayed before purchase and may vary by region or promotion.
- Membership subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account before the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to the policies of the store you used.
- If a purchase is delayed, interrupted, or not credited immediately, you may need to restart the app or contact support.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display DopaDrama content without permission.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, or bypass any part of the service or security controls.
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, fake accounts, fraudulent payments, refund abuse, or other methods to gain unfair benefits.
- Upload, submit, or send unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, obscene, or harmful content through feedback or support channels.
- Use DopaDrama in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or this Agreement.
9. User Feedback and Communications
If you submit feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or other communications, you allow us to use them to improve DopaDrama without obligation to compensate you. We may contact you about service issues, support requests, account matters, purchases, updates, or legal notices.
10. Intellectual Property
DopaDrama, including its app, interface, logos, artwork, software, videos, text, recommendations, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not use our brand, assets, or content except as allowed by this Agreement or with our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
DopaDrama may rely on third-party platforms and services such as payment processing, login, analytics, advertising attribution, cloud hosting, push notifications, and video delivery. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third parties.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DopaDrama, remove entitlements obtained improperly, or restrict certain features if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement, created risk for the service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law or platform rules.
13. Disclaimers
DopaDrama is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every region. Content, pricing, recommendations, rewards, and features may change without prior notice where permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DopaDrama and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date or providing an in-app notice. Continued use of DopaDrama after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
